This Privacy Policy describes how American Self Defense & Fitness Center ("ASDFC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit asdfc.net, sign up for a class, request a free trial, or otherwise interact with us.

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you give us

• Contact details (name, email, phone, address)
• Information about the student enrolling (name, age, parent/guardian name where applicable)
• Class preferences, scheduling notes, and program selections
• Payment details when you enroll in a paid program (handled by our payment processor — we don’t store full card numbers)
• Anything you write to us in a form, email, or message

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
• Site activity (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page)
• IP address and approximate location based on it
• Cookies and similar technologies that help the Site function and let us understand how it’s being used

Information from third parties

• Form submissions through our LeadConnector / GoHighLevel forms
• Reviews and ratings posted publicly on platforms like Google
• Analytics and advertising platforms we use to measure how the Site is performing

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule trials, classes, and events
• To enroll students, manage attendance, and process payments
• To send updates about your child’s training, our schedule, or relevant events

3. Children’s privacy

Many of our students are under 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through the Site. Information about children is collected from a parent or legal guardian during enrollment and used solely to administer their participation in our programs.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the studio — for example, our member academy platform, our forms provider, our payment processor, and our hosting/analytics tools.
• Authorities or partners when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the safety of our students and staff.
• A successor if ASDFC is ever sold, merged, or restructured — in which case the buyer would be bound by this Policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure performance, and (in some cases) help with advertising. You can control cookies through your browser’s settings; some Site features may not work as expected if you turn them off.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we’d want our own family’s data treated.

The Site links to third-party services like our member academy, payment pages, and Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your data once you leave our Site.
